Arts< Sciences??) Human Services Counseling from Liberty University. Although skilled in treating diverse areas, Christina especially enjoys working with teens and adults in crisis and families in transitional periods. In addition to being a therapist, she is a wife and mother to 4 children, embraces new adventures and enjoys music, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
I value people. I believe everyone wants to be seen and heard and when people feel secure, it paves a way to positive growth and change. As a person-centered therapist, the client is the catalyst for change thus allowing true change to take place. I also practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which allows a person to assess their emotions, behaviors and thoughts, “lean into their emotions” and achieve positive changes within themselves.
